Socially-distanced live music gig
It’s been a while since we’ve had the opportunity to attend any live music gigs… and, in fact, for any musicians to perform to a live audience. Well, this Sunday (28 March), thanks to event organizer Louise McAuliffe, the Rosebank Sunday Market is going to come alive … and YOU are invited!
In an effort to support South African musicians, the traders and small businesses at the Rosebank Sunday Market as well as assist in the feeding of the many families who have been impacted by the effects of the Lockdown, Wonderboom and Wit Kasteel will be taking to the stage together with Jacaranda 94.5’s Mack Rapapali.
This means that from 12pm on Sunday music will permeate the 4th floor parking level of Rosebank Mall with the sounds of rock, house, R&B and more. Meander through the various stalls; enjoy a cocktail, beer or glass of wine at the bar; sample the various tasty home-made delights and assortment of hot dishes; and, most of all, dance till you drop (at least an arms-length away from your partner).

Plenty of fresh air
Covid precautions will be in place and social-distancing will be enforced to ensure your safety while you dance the afternoon away. In addition, the sun is predicted to shine all day and because the event is outdoors please add a hat to your bag as well as sunscreen. Hope to see you there!
