‘Dog Magic’ by Emma O’ Brien
On display until the end of April, Emma O’ Brien’s display ‘highlights the prejudice that shelter dogs are ‘less than’ their pedigree counterparts.
Emma states: “Just because a dog doesn’t look a certain way or fulfil a certain pure-breed stereotype doesn’t mean that they will be troublesome, love you less or disappoint you. I have often found rescue dogs delightfully contrary to people’s misconceptions. That’s what I aim to communicate through my work.”
