This Sunday 20 Nov 2022 sees the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg cycle race taking place. These are the road closures for the day according to #ridejoburg. They advise you plan your day accordingly so that you do not get caught out!
Warning: It will be extremely difficult to cross over Jan Smuts Avenue, so please look for an alternate route.

Classic Parktown
This walking tour under the auspices of the Johannesburg Heritage Foundation will take you to three of Parktown’s finest mansions. Your guides will be Nicola Noble and Monique Jefferson McDonald.
Meeting point and departure for the 1km walk is from The Pines, Gordon Hill. Originally built in 1906. The other two mansions on the agenda are Etunzini (1928) and The Palms.
